Welcome to Alvenea. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms, so please take a moment to read them.

Using Alvenea

Alvenea is offered for your own personal use. You agree to use it lawfully, and not to misuse it, disrupt how it works, or try to reach it in ways other than the app itself.

Your collection

The places you collect and the progress you make belong to you, and they are stored on your device and in your iCloud account. Because your collection is tied to your Apple ID, keeping that account secure is up to you.

Purchases

Alvenea offers optional in app purchases that give you more room to collect. These are one time purchases handled by Apple through the App Store, and they are permanent. The slots you buy stay yours and return across your devices through iCloud. Because these purchases take effect right away to expand your collection, they are generally not refundable, except where the law or Apple's own policies require it. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Availability

Alvenea depends on your device's location services, an internet connection, and Apple services such as Apple Maps and iCloud. We work to keep the app running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

A note on what to expect

Alvenea is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the app. Nearby place information comes from third party map data and may not always be complete or exact.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
